Video Description (from Youtube)
Imagine Joseph in a well, in the middle of the desert, alone and frightened. He had been betrayed by the very ones who should have loved him best. But even though he had no one, he still had #God. The story of Joseph (Prophet Yusuf in the #Quran) gives us perspective about how to approach times of difficulty and maintain our relationship with God. We learn that God can be a source of solace and comfort for us in challenging, uncertain circumstances. Though we may not understand God’s plan, trusting that God is in control helps us bear the pain. We also learn that suffering is something that everyone experiences; it’s just that some are able to rise above their circumstances and remain devoutly committed to God.
