Historical Evidence proves Macoraba is Mecca, not Petra

Youtube Description:
Assalamu alaikum, where is Macoraba in modern map if it is not Mecca, as we think? Dear viewers, please have a close look of the map of Arabia in Ptolemy’s days.
Here you find Macoraba and Yathrippa in respective places of Mecca and Medina.
Macoraba is placed in this map to the South-East of Yathrippa.
In Herman Moll’s map of Arabia Mecca and Medina have the same positions as of Macoraba and Iathrippa in Ptolemy’s map.
In Izaak Tirion’s map Mecca and Medina maintained the same position and the same distance. We find no change with Ptolemy’s map except the changes of names.
Modern maps also are no exceptions. The positions of both cities are constant.
Mecca is situated to the South-East of Medina, and the distance between these two cities clearly and visibly matches with the distance between Iathrippa and Macoraba of Ptolemy’s map.
No room for any argument is left.
Still the anti-Islamist bigots argue, and clearly they argue against reality, against truth and against their own eyes.
If the claim of anti-Islamic people is true, and Macroaba be not Mecca, then Macoraba and Mecca must be two cities standing side by side in modern map of Saudi Arabia. But it never happens. We do not find Macoraba in modern map beside Mecca, and not Mecca in Greek map beside Macoraba. It clearly proves that Macoraba and Mecca are two names of a single city. The opposite argument about slight differences of positioning in different maps is but fallacy, because difference is very little. Cartographers are also human beings and to err is human. The opposition compare Macoraba’s position with Iathrippa, they normally consider Iathrippa’s position accurate, which is also rather prejudicial. What would they say, if Iathrippa’s position in Ptolemy’s map be in question?
It is true that the sea is seen near to the cities in modern map than to those of ancient maps. Probably the cause is erosion, or miscalculation by the ancient geographers.
All the leading authorities and institutions, all the great historians and geographers, all the modern social media are of the same opinion that ancient Greek name of Mecca was Macoraba. The challengers must find out Macoraba in the modern map if they like to challenge Mecca by quoting Patricia Crone, a woman who hallucinated Mecca’s position to the South-West, instead of South-East of Medina.
Some of the anti-Mecca people argue that Mecca was originally in Petra, by the name Bakka or Moca. But from Ptolemy to modern maps Petra is always mentioned as Petra. In no map of the world, Petra was ever mentioned as Bakka, Mecca, or Moca; and no such things are found even near to Petra. So, whatever they say is wrong, fabricated and misguiding. Petra is Petra, and Mecca is Mecca. One city cannot be the other.
Some people are so obstinate that they close their eyes and ears to everything which goes in favor of Mecca, and jump in like blood-thirsty predators on the slightest difference they find in place-positioning of different maps. These blind and deaf people do not see that the difference is not unique for only a single city like Macoraba or Mecca, but it applies equitably to all other cities. The distance of the sea is larger in Ptolemy’s map, not only for Macoraba, but also for the other cities.

Where is Petra?
Petra originally known to its inhabitants as Raqmu, is a historical and archaeological city in southern Jordan. Petra lies on the slope of Jabal Al-Madbah in a basin among the mountains which form the eastern flank of the Arabah valley that runs from the Dead Sea to the Gulf of Aqaba. Petra is believed to have been settled as early as 9,000 BC, and it was possibly established in the 4th century BC as the capital city of the Nabataean Kingdom. The Nabataeans were nomadic Arabs who invested in Petra's proximity to the trade routes by establishing it as a major regional trading hub.
