Who is Gutman Locks?

Gutman Locks has lived in the Old City of Jerusalem for 28 years. He spent many years searching before returning to a Jewish Torah life 37 years ago. Locks spends his time at the Kotel introducing visitors to their heritage in the Torah. He is the author of several books and musical tapes.
