
Torah, "Instruction", "Teaching" or "Law" has a range of meanings. Common to all these meanings, Torah consists of the origin of Jewish peoplehood:

The Torah of today is either:
1500 years after Moses as in the case of the Dead Sea Scrolls and Samaritan Scrolls or
2500 years after him as in the case of the Masoretic Text
When the Quran refers to the previous Scriptures (Torah, Gospel etc.), this is understood to mean the original revelations sent to Moses and Jesus, and not the 'corrupted' versions we have today
