'One day, there'd be predominantly gun shot wounds to the head, the next day gun shot wounds to the chest, the next day gun shot wounds to the abdomen.

'Even on one day, we saw four young teenage boys all bought in within an hour of each other having been targeted and shot in the testicles.'

The surgeon tells Ben that the 'cluster of injuries were so striking' that it was 'beyond coincidence'.
