Some 120,000 people have been logged on a police database after they were accused of 'hate speech'.
Harry Miller, co-founder of free speech campaign group Fair Cop, said the practice is threatening free speech.
“Most people simply shut up and don’t say the thing that they want to say because they’re afraid of ending up on a non-crime hate database,” he told talkRADIO’s Ian Collins.
