What is Technology? Technology is the collection of techniques, skills, methods, and processes used in the production of goods or services or in the accomplishment of objectives, such as scientific investigation. Who are World Economic Forum? The World Economic Forum (WEF), based in Cologny-Geneva, Switzerland, is an NGO, founded in 1971. It is a membership-based organization, and membership is made up of the world's largest corporations.
