In 2010, The Rockefeller Foundation produced a report entitled Scenarios for the Future of Technology and International Development that envisioned how the world would be impacted in four different scenario narratives.

It is claimed the Rockefeller document details scenarios which are genuine, authentic attempts to kick-start the idea generation process, and raise plausible and provative questions of what the next 20 years may look like.

Four Scenarios

Lock-Step: a world of tighter top-down government control and more authoritarian leadership, with limited innovation and growing citizen pushback
Clever Together: a world in which highly coordinated and successful strategies emerge for addressing both urgent and entrenched worldwide issues
Hack Attack: an economically unstable and shock-prone world in which governments weaken, criminals thrive, and dangerous innovations emerge
Smart Cramble: an economically depressed world in which individuals and communities develop localized, makeshift solutions to a growing set of problems

The Lock-Step (2010) scenario outlined a global pandemic, a hypothetical future event, and how best to manage the world's population during such an outbreak.

Today, the COVID-19 (2020) global pandemic has become associated with the Lock-Step (2010) scenario. The 'sudden and threatening' nature of COVID-19, and consequently, the emergency push by the United Nations, and 173 countries has led many to question and draw comparisons with Rochefeller's Lock-Step and actual realities on the ground.

The Rockefeller Foundation believes that testing is the way out of this crisis, and instead of ricocheting between an unsustainable shutdown and a dangerous, uncertain return to normalcy, the US must mount a sustainable strategy with better tests and contact tracing, and stay the course for as long as it takes to develop a vaccine or cure.

3 phases of Operation Lockstep

Phase 1

Common cold/flu

mild symptoms at most

media endorsement of mass paranoia and fear

flawed testing system utilized, which picks up any genetic material in the body and triggers a positive result

inflation of covid case numbers, through changing of death certificates, double counting, and classifying all deaths including other diseases and natural deaths as covid19

lockdown will condition us to life under draconian laws, prevent protests, prevent public meetings/gatherings, identify public resistance

Phase 2

The 1st phase will learn to compromised and weak immune systems through lack of food, social distancing, wearing of masks, and lack of sunlight and healthy bacteria.

exposure to 5G radiation will further attack the immune system

thus when people re-emerge into society, more people will fall ill

this will be blamed on covid19

this will occur before the vaccination is ready to justify it

a longer and more potent lockdown will follow until everyone takes the vaccine

Phase 3

If majority of people resist the vaccine, a weaponized SARS/HIV/MERS virus will be released

a lot of people will die from this

it will be survival of the fittest

it will also be the ultimate push for everyone to be vaccinated, in order to return to normality

those who take the vaccine will "be at war" with those who have not

it will be anarchy from all sides
