Eber was sent to the people of Aad in the area known as Al-Ahqaf near to Hadramaut, Yemen.

When the people of Aad chose to disbelieve in Eber's teachings, God destroyed them by a fierce wind that blew for eight days and seven nights.

Eber in the Torah
