The Bible contains citations and quotes taken from books and writings that cannot be found. For some Christians, this means the integrity and reliability of the Bible is in doubt.

The Bible has 23 referenced books that have been lost in antiquity (14[5]:29), to which we can add 7 additional works mentioned in the Bible Duane Christensen, Bible Review, October 1998
