What are the similarities between the religions: Hinduism and Islam.

According to the Hindu belief, the Hindu world awaits "the guide and leader" named "Kalki Avatar". A study into the various prophecies in Hindu scriptures appear to point to the coming of Prophet Muhammad.

Pundit Vedaprakash Upadhyai is a learned and famous Hindu Professor, a Hindu Brahmin of Bengali origin. He is a research scholar at the Allahabad University in India. According to Hindu belief, Hindus are awaiting an Avatar 'a guide and leader' in he future. Upadhyai claims that leader has already come in the guise of Prophet Muhammad.

1 In the Puranas (Hindu Scriptures), it is stated that Kalki Avatar would be the Last Messenger of God. He would be for the guidance of the whole world and all human beings.
2 According to Hindus, birth of Kalki Avatar would take place in an isle, which happens to be the Arab region.
3 Kalki Avatar's mother and father's names are given as VISHNUBHAGAT and SUMAANI. VISHNU + BHAGAT translates to 'Slave Of God' = Abdullah, in Arabic. Abdullah is the name of Muhammed's father. SUMAANI translates to 'Peace & Calmness' = Ameenah, in Arabic. Ameenah is the name of Muhammed's mother.
4 Kalki Avatar basic diet would consist of dates and olives. He would be an honest and trustful person. Prophet Muhammed is acclaimed to possess these qualities.
5 Kalki Avatar would be from an honoured tribe. This agrees with the Quraysh Arab tribe which Muhammed belonged to.
6 Kalki Avatar would receive instructions from God through a messenger or angel in a cave. Muhammad received revelation in this exact way.
7 Kalki Avatar would travel through the skies on a fast horse. Muhammad travelled on Burraq, a special horse on the Night of Miraj.
8 Kalki Avatar would receive divine assistance from God. This was true for Muhammad in the 'Battle of Uhud' and throughout his life.
9 Kalki Avatar would be born on the 12th day of the month. Muhammed was born on the 12th of Rabbi-Ul -Awwal.
10 Kalki Avatar would be a fine horse rider and swordsman. These qualities match the skill set of Muhammad.
