The European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR) is an European think-tank which seeks to conduct research and promote debate across Europe.

In the ECFR/YouGov Report (dated: April 2019) the question was asked: What do you think is the single biggest threat in Europe today?

Fourteen EU countries were polled and the two highest responses collated for each country appear in the table below.

TOTAL 389,677,569	22% Islamic radicals (1st biggest threat) 14% Migration (2nd threat) Of the 14 EU countries polled, 10 countries regard 'Islamic radicals' as the single biggest threat to Europe today. Europeans fear Islamic radicalism more than any other threat. ₃
